Plumbing inspection checklist

Count the fixtures, because each one is a stop

The water heater is its own checklist

Tank heaters get the anode, the T&P valve, the expansion tank, the venting, the sediment and the age; tankless gets the descale interval, the inlet filter, the venting and the condensate.
