The scope as the work
Replace the existing galvanized supply with new copper or PEX from the main shutoff to every fixture; new stops at every fixture; new water heater connections; drywall openings at the points listed, patched to a paint-ready finish; test, flush and commission. Written so the customer can check it on the day.
The three options
PEX throughout at one price, copper throughout at a second, copper at the exposed runs and PEX in the walls at a third, each complete with its own warranty. The template presents them that way from the estimator's figures.
Exclusions, schedule, terms, warranty
Excluded: painting, fixtures unless listed, code upgrades found on opening the walls, permit fees where charged. Schedule: the days and the water-off windows. Terms: deposit and balance. Warranty: the material's and the company's on labor, each with its length.
