Building the list from the invoices
Take a year of invoices and count the parts by frequency. The ones used weekly go on the truck in a week's quantity; the ones used monthly stay in the shop; the rest are bought per job. That is the list, and it is different for every shop.
The cost and the markup per part
Each part with its cost from the last supplier invoice and its markup, in the same place the price book reads. The price book template on this site holds that column.
The reorder point and the supplier
Each part with the count at which it is reordered and where from, so the order goes out before the truck is empty.
The count kept by the invoice
The tech lists the parts used on the invoice and Pro deducts them from the truck, flags the reorder and produces the month-end difference per truck.
